Using swedish techniques and adding pressure, then working on specific pain areas. I specialize in releasing pain and aches for lasting relief.
Trigger Point Therapy
This is a deep tissue massage technique where hyper spots on the body are focused on getting the pain level from 10 to zero. Most affective for pain relieving. Client and MT would communicate more during the session.
Prenatal Massage
Massage session for pregnant women. Massages during pregnancy help with the uncomfortable pain and stress to the body that comes with pregnancy. It also helps circulation of blood and lymph circulation and overall wellness. Here at Massage Rx, we have the tools to accommadate.

If a session needs to be resheduled, 24 hours notice is required. A fee of $20 will be charged for any missed appts.
